Joshua Hendrickson
Clinic Director/Founder
Joshua Hendrickson, PhD, LCSW Josh is a licensed clinical social worker who holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Mind-Body Medicine. He specializes in stress management, mood disorders, family systems, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, integrative nutrition, social emotional learning and development and many other areas related to mental health. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University's School of Social Welfare and Saybrook University's School of Integrative Medicine. He founded Mind-Body Wellness Long Island with the goal of providing a more comprehensive and integrative approach to mental health care.

Alina Cavallo
Assistant Clinic Director
Alina Cavallo, LMSW Alina is a licensed social worker and is certified to supervise social work interns. She graduated from Stony Brook University in 2016 with her Masters in Social Work and has been practicing as a Licensed Master of Social Work in New York State since 2017. She utilizes a person-centered approach as the foundation of her therapeutic work.

Jason Melia
Movement Specialist/Counselor
Jason Melia, LMHC, E-RYT Jason is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience in the human service field working with adults and adolescents. He also holds a Master of Science in School Counseling and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. In addition to his clinical work, he is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor) and is certified in Neuroscience and Yoga in the treatment of complex, developmental and repeated trauma as well as a certified Y12SR Leader (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery). He is also an OASAS Certified Court Ordered Substance Abuse Evaluator.

Holly DelBianco
Therapist
Holly DelBianco, LMSW-PMH Holly is a licensed social worker with a specialty in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Masters in Social Work in 2015 and has experience working with clients of all ages in a wide range of settings. Holly utilizes person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based interventions to guide her practice in working with individuals and their families.
